Who we are
This website is run by Baltibe Creative OÜ, registry code 16908799, Uus-Sadama tn 21-207, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia ("Baltibe Creative", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Email and call bookings. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, prepare for the call and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Booking tool. Calls are booked through Calendly, which processes your booking details on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts are served from our own host, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party font services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Estonian accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above, and where the law requires.
