About

Strategy-minded. Hands-on. Curious by nature.

Hi, I'm Valentina, founder of Baltibe Creative. I'm an SEO and content marketing specialist based in Tallinn, Estonia.

I work with businesses and marketing teams to develop content strategies, improve organic visibility and build more effective ways of producing content. My approach combines analysis with creativity: understanding what people search for, finding the opportunities competitors overlook, creating useful content and measuring how it performs.

How it started

I was doing marketing and SEO about twelve years ago, before I knew that's what it was called. I was looking for freelance work to help my family out, and working out how to get things found online turned into the job.

Since then it's been years of exploring and learning: finding my way in corporate roles, co-founding a startup, and helping a lot of people along the way with all things SEO.

Why I started Baltibe Creative

I started Baltibe Creative in 2024 to bring together the parts of marketing I find most valuable: strategic thinking, creative execution and the chance to build something better by experimenting.

I've seen how much work goes into producing content, and how easily that work becomes disconnected from the bigger picture. A team can publish consistently and still struggle to prioritise the right topics, adapt content to different markets or see which activities contribute to business goals.

Baltibe exists to close that gap: to bring strategy closer to execution and make content operations more intentional, efficient and measurable.

Baltibe today

Today I lead a small team of four people who help me with everything our clients need. Baltibe keeps growing, slowly and intentionally, and I'm proud of how it's taking shape.

Experience across industries and markets

My work spans HR tech and B2B SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, AI products, aerospace and defence, food tech and commercial real estate, in markets from Latin America to the UK and Ireland, Europe and the US. I've led keyword strategy and content roadmaps, written and optimised content, supported regional content strategies, run newsletters and marketing automation, and analysed performance to find what to improve next.

Working across markets has shaped how I approach SEO. Search behaviour, competition and audience expectations differ by region, so effective content has to reflect those differences rather than translate the same strategy everywhere.

Where SEO meets AI

I'm particularly interested in how AI can improve the way marketing teams work. Beyond using AI for individual tasks, I've built structured workflows for SEO research, content briefing and article production, combining specialised agents, knowledge bases, reusable instructions and quality-control steps.

The goal isn't to automate creativity away or publish more for its own sake. It's to make repetitive work faster while keeping strategic judgement, editorial standards and human oversight.

How I work

Strategic, but practical

Recommendations should lead to useful actions, not sit in a presentation.

Curious and evidence-led

Research and data inform decisions; context and experience help interpret them.

Collaborative

I work closely with clients and their teams, adapting to the tools and processes they already use.

Focused on quality

Content needs a purpose, a clear audience and a reason to exist.

A little about the name

Baltibe brings together two parts of my story: the Baltic region, where I live and work, and my Caribbean roots.

It reflects the international perspective I bring to my work, and the belief that good ideas travel across borders when they're grounded in a real understanding of people and markets.

And Palmita

When I step away from the screen, it's usually with Palmita, my tiny four-year-old dog and the one in the photo. She loves chicken, chasing her balls and running around like crazy, and she's the best reason I know to close the laptop and go outside.

Next step

Let's build something useful together.

If you're looking for a partner who can connect SEO strategy with content execution, or help you rethink how your team produces content, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
